B2B E-commerce business model to assist GPO contract facilitations:

  • Partnership/joint venture that would enable enhanced analytical capability as well as B2C opportunities. 

  • Transparency in the contract facilitation process.  This prevents distributors to leverage or conduct wrap around deals that adds costs to the contract and hospital partners.

  • Adding data analytics to minimize healthcare waste and provide continuous improvements to supply chain.

  • Maximize effective billing with insurance partners with best cost control practice to insurance partners.

  • Efficient payment solution between patients, insurance companies, supply chain partners and member hospitals.​

Creation and execution of a Group Service Organization (GSO) pt.  Our GSO will distinguish itself with the competition with the following:

  • In-house GSO team as part of the extension to member hospitals servicing and solving complexity issues right at member’s site.  (Either in the ER, OR, or Hospital rooms)

  • Consolidate the service organization and eliminate duplicate competitive headcount resources with today’s continuous market consolidation.

  • With this transformation process, we anticipate to generate approximately $100Million to $150Million USD transformational supply chain volume increase.​
